Seamus Farrow, son of film director Woody Alien and actress Mia Farrow, hopes to begin university this year, although he is only twelve years old. Seamus lives with his mother in Connecticut and hasn't seen his father for four years because of a court order. At the moment he is studying at a university college. He attends classes for highly gifted* children, and plans to go to the University of Columbia.       Pedro Almodovar It seems is finally getting the international recognition he deserves. After success at the Cannes Film Festival, followed by the "European Oscars" in Berlin, Todo sobre mi madre has been chosen as the World's best film for 1999 by journalists of TIME magazine. According to the magazine, "If this film doesn't touch your heart, go and see a heart specialist."
     
Tom Hanks In an interview with the Brazilian press, American actor Tom Hanks confessed to being embarrassed by the amount of money he receives for appearing in a film. In his opinion, nobody is worth the $20,000,000 he receives per film. However, he says that even if he didn't earn a penny*, he wouldn't choose another profession. "Making a living by making films is better than any other job" 
Antonio Banderas Actor and director is to have a wine named after him. The launch* of the wine will take place in the first quarter of this year in Estepona. The wine is a blend* of 1992 grapes from this area and grapes from Manilva. Jose Luis San-chez, owner of the Castillo de la Duquesa de Manvila bodega, said Banderas had agreed to permit his name to be used, after first checking the quality of the wine. (I)
